Corner View : Daily

Congratulations to last week's winner of the Bliss earrings. I'll be mailing them out soon!

Now to today's topic. I wake up shortly after 5am. I check email, unless I've hit snooze a few times, in which case I get up and take my vitamins then walk/run the dog. I come home, feed the pooch then take a shower. I put on my face moisturizer since it has SPF in it and needs to dry, then I iron anything I need to, eat some breakfast, and make my lunch while my hair dries; I usually have multiple combinations of this going at the same time... serious multi-tasking (leave the iron on a part of the clothes, put the spinach on my sandwich, move the iron and take a bite of oatmeal then put the blueberries and walnuts in my sandwich container...). Boy, that's exciting. I throw my clothes on, put the dog away, and head to work (which takes about an hour). I work until evening, then come home through an hour or more's worth of traffic. I walk the dog again, then usually check in with friends, go out to meet some, cook dinner, take care of an errand or two, and try to get to bed by 10. I'm rarely successful at that, so it's usually 11 or midnight. Wake up, do it again. Not a very exciting summer, but last semester the commute was about 20 minutes and the in-between waking and sleeping consisted of homework, studying, meetings, student government, reading, and all sorts of other things I've blocked from memory :)

Looking forward to other daily reviews from other people that are undoubtedly more interesting!
